One of our concept sketches developed from an on-site photo at 230 City Road, currently in its installation stage.

We love a challenge; the existing lighting - fluorescent battens and high-bays. It’s all open plan and this is the end view options we presented. There is a stunning scalloped high level detailing, perfect ceiling heights and this central staircase that acts as a divider/feature. We had a lot of ideas however it’s about deciding on the ones that work together and don’t clutter the natural introduction of the building and its reception.
